What if I placed an order but need to add/remove a product?
Just call or e-mail us as soon as possible and we will adjust the order as needed. We will not be able to adjust the order once it has shipped.
What if I need to change the shipping address for the order I placed?
You can call or e-mail us to provide a different shipping address. Please notify us as soon as possible (preferrably by telephone 1-800-453-8898). We will make every effort to change the ship address if possible. Once the package has shipped it cannot be re-routed.
The ostomy appliance I received is defective. What do I do?
Call the manufacturer and be ready to provide the Lot# and other information for the product. They will likely replace any defective product.
Where is my package?
If you have not received any notification about when your package will be received, just email or call us and we can provide that to you. Ground shipments can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the shipping location. If it is an item we do not have in stock it may take 2-3 business days for us to obtain the item before shipping. Please take this into consideration. If you need the item right away, we can ship the product to you "DIRECT" via FedEx or UPS from our a supplier for a flat rate of $10.
How do I get my order as fast as possible?
We can ship you products overnight by FedEx, UPS or the USPS. Please note that there are shipping charges and the costs depends on the weight, value, and destination of the package.
