Orders are shipped in plain packaging by UPS or U.S. Post Office. Most orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class depending on the weight and value of the package and take up to 5-7 business days. Orders less than $100 USD have a $6.95 shipping charge within the continental U.S. Orders exceeding $100 USD will have free shipping to destinations within the continental U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands will ship via USPS Priority. USPS Priority packages will typically arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipping date. If the item ordered is not in stock, we will have to order the item and ship it as soon as it arrives. 2nd Day and Next Day service via UPS and FedEx are available at additional charges with delivery on Saturday requiring extra charge. You may also have us "direct ship" your order for many items from one of our suppliers for a flat fee of $10 which will usually be delivered within 2 business days.
International orders will ship as soon as payment has been received and will go by the carrier of choice of Parthenon. Cost is based upon the weight and destination of the package. Please contact us to obtain a shipping rate.
Unfortunately, UPS and FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. When checking out, please provide a valid US address.
We can accommodate APO or FPO’s in most cases. However, it is recommended that you contact us prior to placing your order to verify ability to do so and whether or not any additional charges will be applied. We will respond to you within a 24 hour period.

All orders consisting of “nutritional products” placed within Utah, residents will be assessed the current sales tax charge.
Parthenon does not take assignment. We will complete all the paper work for filing Medicare claims for your orders. Following that, Medicare will reimburse you, the patient, directly within 6 weeks approximately. We must have your complete name, Medicare number, date of birth, physician’s UPIN number, physician’s name, physician’s address and phone number and a letter of medical necessity.
